This call is required — internet will not activate without it. Provide the Home Activation Guide at lease signing so residents know exactly what to do.


Filter Delivery

  • First filter delivered within 60 days of enrollment. Make sure Home Rental Team has

          your filter sizes.

  • Primary resident receives a tracking email once shipment leaves the warehouse.

Pest Control

  • Up to 4 services annually, each backed by a 30-day warranty.
  • Residents request service at: pest.residentforms.com
  • A trusted vendor will contact the resident directly to schedule treatment.

    Pest Plus: Cockroaches, Fleas, Ticks, Weevils, Mites, Bed bugs (state dependent)


Resident Rewards + Credit Building

  • All residents (18+) receive a welcome email from Piñata upon enrollment — includes an invitation to download the app.  Make sure Home Rental Team has your Date of  Birth.
  • Reminder emails are sent monthly if they haven't downloaded the app.
